New Patients

We currently have a waiting list for new patients. If our practice looks like a good fit for you and your family, you can sign up below. Please note that in order to maintain sufficient appointment availability for our existing patients, we may not be able to accommodate everyone.

We are a small, family-run, solo practice. We aim to provide a high level of personalized care. Dr. Joyce is the only provider, and when you come to our office for appointments, your child(ren) will only see her. However, since we are a small practice, we do not have the resources that many larger practices have. We do not have regular evening or weekend hours. On weekends, holidays and vacations, we share coverage with several other solo pediatricians in neighboring towns.

We follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and do not deviate from it or delay vaccines. When you register as a new patient, you will be asked to sign an agreement stating that you agree to follow this schedule.

Dr. Joyce does not diagnose ADHD and does not prescribe ADHD or psychiatric medications. She will refer patients to trained specialists in behavioral health.

Afternoon appointment availability for annual routine physicals (well child visits) is often limited, so patients are encouraged to request these as far in advance as possible. Sick visits and acute care appointments are always available in afternoons, as well as mornings, subject to Dr. Joyce’s assessment of need. We have a morning walk-in time between 8:30 and 9:00am, during which no appointments are needed, only a call from you to let us know you’re coming. On Tuesdays, we do not have afternoon hours.
